This resource is encrypted using the Asset Escrow system. Do not use the badges separately from your other clothing mods. Instead, merge them into a single clothing pack and update the ymt accordingly. Using Escrowed clothing items individually can cause conflicts with other packs or lead to crashes.
Disclaimer: The necklace badge may not fit with some plate carriers, shirts, hoodies, and similar items, as it was specifically designed based on EUP necklace badges. Therefore, I am not offering support for fitting issues.

FBI, CIA, etc are fine to use as long as you don’t use any of their registered trademarks and even then it depends since they’re government institution, a lot of their stuff isn’t “copyrighted” or “trademarked” or can be used in media.
You don’t need to get their permission to make a movie where the FBI are in it. You might need it to use their logo and other content. The classic yellow FBI/CIA/DEA are not protected.

Yes absolutely, Governemental institutions official names are not “Copyrighted”.
For instance you are free to talk about “Federal Bureau of Investigation”, “Carolina State Troopers” or “Washington Police” because they are official institutions.
That means you are also very free to use as map the State of Carolina for instance, because you cannot copyright some land.
Where the copyright laws come into effect are private and copyrighted elements, such as logos of companies like Adidas.
Yet you must remember there is a vast majority of companies that accept very well the use of their logo, for things that remain mostly in the level of private or restricted.
It is a common misconception that anything that exists in the Real Life is prohibited of use.
The 17 U.S.C. Chap 1. § 102 etc. do not just work like that.
For instance in movies, it is totally okay to use some clothes for the actors, even if we see the brands, someone perhaps has seen a film taking place in NYC without a single logo?
