Vehicle covers that fit every car on your server

The problem this solves
Every cover script I could find ships a vehicle list you’re expected to fill in,
and falls apart the moment you add an addon car. This one doesn’t have a list.
Features
Anti-theft — entry, lockpicking and hotwiring are blocked while the cover is
on. Exports let your lockpick/hotwire scripts bail before the minigame starts.
Someone unauthorised can still strip it, but in 18s instead of 4.2s, at full
volume, with nothing returned — the owner is notified and there’s a configurable
police-alert chance.
Cover tiers — three tiers, three items, each with its own allowed shapes and
durability. The tier is stored with the cover so removal returns the right item.
Durability counts per plate, so moving a worn cover doesn’t reset it.
Garage integration — persistence keys on the plate, which is exactly what
survives a garage storing a vehicle. Covered when it despawned, covered when it
comes back. `SetPlateCovered` / `IsPlateCovered` exports for garage resources.
**Shared access** — `/coverapprove [id]`, `/coverrevoke [id]`, `/coveraccess`.
Per plate, capped, persistent.
Condition — covered cars don’t collect dirt; they weather normally again
once uncovered.
Discord logging — cover, uncover, forced removal, permission changes.
Fire-and-forget, so a slow webhook can never delay an interaction.
