Dapper Bulletin
Dapper Bulletin is a fully custom RedM notice-board system built for immersive towns, businesses, law enforcement, staff, and community announcements.
Players visit physical boards throughout the map to publish and browse notices instead of opening another generic floating menu that looks like it wandered in from a modern banking app.

Custom Notice Creation
Authorized players can create notices with:
- Headline and full message
- Up to three images
- Contact and location information
- Event date and time
- Expiration selection
- Local or countywide distribution
- Notice category and visual format
- Live parchment preview
Notices can be used for business advertisements, job listings, events, wanted posters, missing persons or animals, official dispatches, memorials, and general community information.
Tear-Off Slips & Paper Copies
One of the resource’s more unique features is the ability to attach physical take-away papers to a notice.
Authors can provide:
- Tear-off contact slips
- Complete paper copies
- Configurable limited quantities
- Visible remaining stock
Players receive the paper as a usable VORP Inventory item and can read it later through a custom torn-paper or full-notice viewer.
Copies remain readable even after the original public notice expires or is removed.
Moderation & Permissions
Staff can manage every notice, while authors can manage their own posts based on server configuration.
