I’m not 200% sure of all the methods but the easiest way is to check your server console as it’s printed out when your server starts… All streamed assets use physical memory and too much can create issues.
You start to get warnings in yellow (somewhere around 40MiB + i think?) and then in red when they’re too high.
Here is an example:
The biggest cause is generally 4k textures being used.

this car is pretty well optimized it doesn’t use texture above 1024x1024. should be no streaming issues at all
