Paid assett has not appeared in my keymaster

I have paid for a script from a developer through tebex. I have been adviced should be in my keymaster, however it has not appeared in my granted assets list. The developer is unable to assist me and I have submitted a ticket with cfx support, with no response in 4 days.

I am unsure what steps to take from here to be able to get the assett added to my keymaster. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Contact Tebex and submit a trouble ticket. It’s always advised to screenshot your purchase reference but in any case, they can back out the purchase. Tebex is what sends the assets to your key master, so ensure you’ve verified it’s not physically located there first.
