Vest - is add model. Shirts and hats - replace standard gta model.

You can make any clothes an addon

That vest is a custom model, with high-quality realistic textures.

Its replace by default but you can add all of this in your addon resources or make a new one just like you need

At this moment pack includes male only stuff.

Most likely, you need to make sure that your menu work correctly and do not have any limits. Usually, after being added to the servers, the clothes are automatically displayed at the end of the list. Vests can be found in “Bags/Parachutes”.
