Oxmysql Error Connection Database

Heres how I did string as it should be
and when I boot the server:

use one of the strings. not both.
try the first one. if that dosent work use the second

with 1 string

Do it like this:
set mysql_connection_string “mysql://USERNAME@IP ADRESS or localhost/DATABASE NAME?charset=utf8mb4”
