OX_inventory crafting whit more than 2 ingredients

HI, i dont know how i could modify the script and craft an item whit more then 2 items

whem ever i add the 3rd ingredient the script doesnt work anymore

Post examples when asking for assistance. If added properly there should be no issue.
{
itemname = cost,
itemname2 = cost2,
itemname3 = cost3
}

for example here i added scrapmetal as 3rd item and it throws this error. Thanks for reply
