Owner scammer? Is this allowed by fivem terms?

Hello,

There is a fivem server named GangLifeRP

At this server i was staff and wanted to donate €25
The owner wanted some fivem scripts that costed €25
So the owner told me to buy the scripts for him instead of giving him the money and letting him buy it

so i bought the scripts and sended them
sadly the fivem server stopped

now the same owner started a new fivem server with the same name

shoud he give me my donation perks again? BC it was donated to him and this same server

please help me out with this one

This has nothing to do with FiveM TOS as such - just dont trust that server anymore, I highly doubt anything can be done about that. Still, in any case there was no need to post this publicly - you should’ve used CFX emails: support@fivem.net and abuse@fivem.net
