Orange screen freezes

System specifications GTX 1650 ; 16 GB ram ; i7-9750H
What did you do to get this issue? nothing just started fivem (so i get this on my NEW laptop, but on this laptop i played gta online, and singeplayer)
What server did you get this issue on? not a server, when i start the fivem it freezes on the orange screen

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
I tried this ([Solution] Forcing FiveM/RedM to use your discrete GPU | Infinite Loading Fix) and it worked only one time, the first time and after i closed fivem it didn’t work anymore, i still get the orange screen. And i openned gta online and it still doesn’t work.
