I don’t know if this is the right category, but when I use uTorrent to open the ports 30120 and I try to join my server this error comes up: https://gyazo.com/734b993460755b35d90039b226922aa0
I’ve never seen this error before.

Don’t use port 30120 for your illegal porn downloads. Problem solved
Haha, i don’t need to download stuff like that,
But do you mean to change the port the server’s running on?
No, I’m telling you not to use the same port on uTorrent as your FiveM server. uTorrent doesn’t open any ports.
uTorrent does open ports, I’ve used this trick every time I needed to portforward because my internet “service” doesn’t allow to open custom ports. But i fixed it, using uTorrent.
Interesting approach. That likely takes advantage of UPnP.
You could try doing it through CMD instead of uTorrent.
I like this way, with uTorrent. But it does, it does use UPnP. I don’t know if that is a bad/good thing. I’m a complete trash in the knowledge of routers and internet.
It’s pretty inefficient, and clearly not working anymore haha. UPnP is fine. It automatically port forwards upon application needs. Imho, it shouldn’t be used as a long term solution either.
I used it for my Minecraft 100+ player for like 4 years ago, worked well. But i’ve checked the link you posted, I don’t understand it.
Please help me
Run the command found in the solution in the command prompt as an administrator. Change the IPs and ports accordingly.
Or properly port forward at the router.
The company “Telia” who provides internet to us doesn’t allow opening custom ports. Only Telia can open ports and they refuse to do so with 30120. Does this method work in that case?
But what IP’s should I change? The one that shows up here or the one in “IPCONFIG”?
Sorry I’m a noob
I Get the Same Problem And i dont know how to fix it
