Opening fivem continuous crashing

What is the issue you’re having?

When I open fivem, the app closes and i get this:

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

ive watched yt vids and did some cleanup with cmd prompt
i even fully reset windows

What server did you get this issue on?

On Fivem, cant get onto a server

Ensure you’ve tried disabling the antivirus, as Norton looks like it’s doing something in this crash report, probably causing the game to crash, disable it fully.
