First time after restarting PC I can open FiveM perfectly, if I restart FiveM, or quit the game and trying to start FiveM again I get this error.
The only way to fix this for me is by restarting the PC again.

The process: FiveM_b2372_GTAProcess.exe doesnt close, until I restart the PC.

What are you trying to do?
Start FiveM

What have you tried already to fix the issue?
Cleared Cache, followed every step by step guide on this forum and also watched youtube videos.

What did you do to get this issue?
Tried to start FiveM a second time without restarting PC.

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
