You might want to make a little edit adding a footnote to the OP to clarify. I too was confused about whether that meant the Casino update content was being added or not. A lot of people aren’t familiar with the whole update structure and how the GameCache technology works and might be quick to jump to conclusions.
Anyway, I’m rather excited to see that the latest GTA content will likely be added to FiveM. Good luck and here’s hoping Rockstar don’t add a bunch of DRM crap to this update.
I haven’t checked up on it for a while, but I recall there being a thread about the issues. Vehicles with no drivers on select clients and other oddities. From what I remember no one was able to determine a specific cause and none of the CFX devs could reproduce the issues at all. Overall it seemed that certain situations and resources exasperated the issue but nothing specific could reliably cause it. I’d have to dig up the thread again to see if anyone found a cause or if the issue is even still present in the latest artifacts.

oh sweet, any ETA or info on a public release for the summer update for normal servers?
sadly not, last production push attempt had to be reverted due to a few unforeseen issues that still aren’t fixable 
oh dang, is it still running for canary or is it out completely for time being
you can enable it fine with a server setting on both actually
oh sweet. i’ve been looking forward to screwing around with some of the new cars from the past two updates so that’s good news
