8.00 EUR… For an open sourced code with a UI… Why charge for something that has been released FREE 30 times?

And your use ONLY works for one job type because of your UI. What about mechanics, ems etc?

with it being your first release and it only being an on/off duty script for ONE job, you should make it pay what you want or way, way less, like 1 euro. even if this took you 20 hours to make it isn’t worth compensating you for your 20 hours as this is a few lines of style and code. you’re gonna get some heat here in the forums for releasing this at its current price. i’d also consider making a video showcasing its usage. you’re asking a lot for 8 euros and no demonstration of it actually working as intended.

This is not worth it buddy. I don’t even have to remake it and give it for free since pretty much everyone can do it. I would recommend you first gain some trust by publishing free resources and then maybe you can start selling stuff. :wink:

everyone’s trying to make some money, nothing inherently wrong with that, just learn from this the same way you learn from coding. change it to pay what you want and leave the door open for people to leave a tip if they use and like it. also consider consolidating multiple jobs into one resource rather than making a police UI one, EMS one, etc. if you want to charge for it, it needs to be better than every other free option already out there.

So here is my suggestions:

  1. Start smaller like 1-2Euro.
  2. Add more features like, Customizable UI, interchangable UI so you can change it per job like mechanic, ems, pd etc.
  3. Set it as pay what you want starting with a minimum of like 1euro.
