This error seems to occur at random, no idea what triggers it. Steam is operating as normal in all cases. Restarting FiveM does not cure it, unless you employ the workaround: exit steam, restart steam, start fivem; at which point fivem will be normal again for an indefinite period until it occurs at random again in the future
