Updates Pushed for 11/17/2024

Fishing

  • Additional economic balancing
  • Moved some locations

Player HUD

  • Fixed a UI corruption issue that would cause your player data not to load properly (Money, Name, Job, ID, etc)

Mechanic

  • Determined issue for ox_inventory stashes not respecting distance checking properly.
  • Adjusted Paleto Tuners locker position to be lower
  • Adjusted Benny’s lockers and storages to be lower
  • Adjusted Mosley’s lockers and storage to be lower
  • Fixed LS Auto Shop’s storage and locker situation, entirely (not sure how these got so messed up, my bad)
  • Lowered Pitstop’s lockers and storage
  • Set new distances for all to align with the new code
  • Fixed “inzone” issue for LS Autoshop, should be able to repair vehicles now as expected
  • Changing Rooms (wardrobe access to change outfits, not shop for clothing) have been added to each currently active mechanic shop in the city
  • Rag, the item has now been re-assigned a function, it is used from the inventory and cleans the nearest car, is consumable per use (1/4)
  • Fixed quick repair stations for each mech shop

  • Disclaimer: Due to the changes made you may notice certain aspects of your appearance have changed, this is due to the IDs of appearance changing with the additional options that have been added. We also have had to wipe purchased clothing and outfits.

Boosting

  • Resolved an issue where players couldn’t lockpick the mission vehicle.

Mapping

  • Added Winterized vegetation to the server to further increase the immersion that winter is here, this will be pulled after some time and Spring weather is perceptibly more viable.

House Robberies

  • Adjusted settings for house robberies to mitigate power gaming and fail rp from the % of players contributing to this issue, further abuse will be met with administrative action. This is a roleplay server, while we do have gameplay, roleplay adequacy and gameplay integrity will be maintained.

  • Applied existing textures to Pigeon Patrol for cohesive appearance amongst other police vehicles

  • Updated config to use the proper alarm hacking item for house robberies
  • implemented anti vehicle rolling, once your car flips over, you’ll need to use something else to flip it back over. This is meant to bring a sense of balance to driving and incentivize more strategic and dexterous driving
  • Removed an unnecessary function from a loop
  • Updated Wait times to match a better frame multiple rather than ever tick for sleeping loops in snippets

  • Patched an issue where desks weren’t loading in for the computer system properly on ESX player loaded client sided event
  • Patched an issue with the miner job where it wasn’t detecting the player job properly and was returning a nil value throwing an error and preventing the scripting from being accessible
