Can you send me the link to the post how to solve my problem?
I also spent 2 hours looking for ways but none of them are working.

Hello my friend,
you have to open it and start it manually !

Open what? Have you read through my problem?

You should try opening your Nvidia GeForce experience, go to your overlay settings, then scroll down to privacy control, click on it and enable desktop recording, works if you are using borderless. I would watch out though, when you open Netflix or other streaming platforms it tends to turn itself off for piracy reasons.
