Reinstall your GPU drivers using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller, available online for download) and a fresh driver package from the NVidia website for your specific GPU model.
is this guarantee to fix this, did u have this issue before?
Not personally, but if you ever have a GPU drivers-related issue, DDU is always a good bet as it does a clean uninstall of everything to do with them.
I have the same problem
Driver reinstalled, Windows reinstalled, GTA and FiveM reinstalled.
The error does not occur under the internal graphics card?

I hope my gpu is not corrupt, but everything else works fine.
