Notification Problem with ESX

Hey guys, I’ve been developing my server around the last 2 months. But now I have a big problem.

It all works fine when a player first joins. But on the second time, he sees no messages. He doesn’t see the Press E to access (resource). And the salary notification doesn’t show the salary.
I would really appreciate some help.

me too, this has no sense. I also use esx, i don’t think that the problems are the plugins maybe something changed in fivem?
