Nothing in my plugins folder works

Does anyone know why nothing in my plugins folder is not working?

I have had multiple menus in my plugins folder working for a long time until recently, I completely reinstalled everything on my PC and now nothing in my mods folder works. I normally have TrainerV(Simple Trainer), Menyoo, and
No Rockstar Editor Restrictions. Scripthook is enabled on the server but I don’t believe it is an issue because
No Rockstar Editor Restrictions does not require scripthook, it worked on servers with scripthook disabled.

I have tried uninstalling FiveM and reinstalling it, removing and adding back the plugins folder multiple times but no success on anything.

Download the fx_asi_build.res file I attached to my original reply. Install the Resource Hacker program. Open Resource Hacker and click the open button. In the drop-down at the bottom-right of the file selection dialog, select “All files”. Find the .asi plugin you want to patch, select it, and click “Open”.
