Not showing mouse pointer on specific players

For some players the mouse pointer is shown in the UI of kashcharacters, for some it is not. Thus the players cannot create a character. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?

PS: There are no errors in F8 or the console. If it always works for some, it never works for others.
