After 1 hour of play it no longer loads the maps, warning signs are that I start to no longer see the characters. I deleted and reinstalled everything, had all the hardwere components checked but there are no problems. What can it be?

Just a badly optimized server, you can try increasing the “Extended texture budget” slider in the Graphics settings to the right by 2-3 ticks at a time to see if it goes away. Don’t max it out immediately, you need to find the sweetspot that works for your specific hardware and server.
