System specifications i5-8300H 2.3GHz, 8gb ram, gtx 1050 4gb. It’s a laptop and im told thats an issue especially the cpu but it runs gtav on high 60 frames no issues
What did you do to get this issue? nothing
What server did you get this issue on? i cant get any

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes

Also add what you already tried so far. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and everything. Everything I do no matter what I try to launch FiveM all it does is bring up that screen with the buildings and the moving colors (https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/525867450819018754/526580002058403859/Untitled.png) and doesnt change. Ive left it on forever maybe it is just loading but nothing. What do?

Thats for nvidia I have an intel control panel

you should also have an Nvidia control panel, if not then you need to go to there site and download/install the latest drivers.
