**What did you do to get this issue? Just tried to download the FiveM installer from the main webpage and it
says “Connection refused”

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Unninstalled and windows defender disabled.
I dont know what to do about this, I think it is a server/connection problem given that neither the installer nor the webpage could connect. I would really thank any help, I have wanted to play fivem for a really long time.
Update1: Running windows problem finder i got this

Update 2: tried oppenning the “servers” page inside fivem official website and couldn’t see any server, openning the developer tools showed this:
