Hi we are a small quite newly started server, we might not get up to 10 people a day yet but we have good staff that always talks to both sides.
We can more or less let you decide where to put your HQ and we do have a reward system in place to reward recruitment of more players.
We have a small gang on server right now. 1 independent get away driver that does many jobs quite cheap for the thrill of dusting the police.
Regarding this “we had problems with it in the past the owner/staff/PD command” it will be me you turn to since Im handle community relations and well Im a person that listens.
I am sorry we cant meet your minimum player count but that is a thing we are working on.
