Does anyone have a MLO For the little alley way that Chang Gang uses in nonpixel that has the openable garage and multiple ladders and architecture on roofs and stuff? If not does anyone have a good mlo in that same block?

You can. It is a paid mlo £12 including VAT. But since that preview i have updated it slightly.
Added gates before you enter the compound and also fixed buggy lighting on interior and exterior.
