Installation Instructions
Place the EMPackage1 folder into your resource folder
Put start EMPackage1 into your resource.cfg file
Restart your server and off you go

I’ve actually used these vehicles myself and can say that they’re great for a starting Developer and are priced reasonably.
You opinion based on a simple image taken by another doesn’t negate the facts, of which you have none due to having no personal experience with these models in particular.
They’re priced well below the current market and include much more than many of those other models that are priced well above individually or otherwise posted as a single vehicle for the same price as this pack.
With the 2010 Dodge Charger, you can walk through the car by jumping on the hood
