No VMenu when loading to a server and Crashing when loading into a car

Memory: 8 GB RAM (7.92 GB RAM usable)
What did you do to get this issue? logging off from FiveM and SONAR Protection removed three application settings.
What server did you get this issue on? Maritime Freeroam & RP
CitizenFX.log file none were generated
.dmp files/report IDs none were generated

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far. Removed and Redownloaded FiveM 4 times. Also I had to force close after entering a car.
