When pressing a button to talk on a radio or releasing it to stop, there is no beep sound. I’ve tried many youtube tutorials but they failed to help. My friend had the same problem, he did a hdd format and it worked but i have too many files on that disc and dont want to do this.

try checking to see if your subchromium in your windows sound settings is turned up.
If you have access to the files, check to see if the resource requires something like interactsound/xsound and make sure the required .ogg/.mp3 files are installed in the corresponding resources.
