No login window / crash after launch

Hi there !
it’s my first time with FiveM and i’m very disapointed , for 3 friend with the same spec as me , it work fine , but me , no
here is the problem , when i launch FiveM , the Social Club app show up , loading , then the fiveM loading screen , after that , return to scial club with a crash , gta seen to want to launch , but crash instantly , i’ve no login screen at all , social club or fiveM

Legit : yes
Steam key
Windows 10 Family edition
Anti-virus : Avast , disabled , not uninstalled
caches.xml deleted : yes

as explained uppon , i’ve managed to have exactly the same configuration of a friend for wich FiveM work
i already tried to check GTA V file , uninstalled FiveM 4 time at two different location nothing to do with that problem
please help , i’m out of ideas :frowning:

Did you ever modify your GTA V?

I still suggest you uninstall Avast anti-virus.

never modified it , checked it with Steam integrity check
tried unninstalling Avast this morning , reboot and test , nothing more
i’m actuallly trying to redownload all the Visual C++ Redistributable pack

If, it can help, FiveM does not ask for input of login and password rockstar, it makes you think that this window crash

FiveM don’t want to know anything of what i make to make it run , Microsoft redistributable reinstalled completely , don’t work
another suggestion ?

Hi,

You can close this ticket, a total reinstallation of the microsoft has solved the problem.

We assume that a system component was corrupt, but we did not find out which one is sad.
