**Steam/CD/Social Club?**Steam
Windows version? 10
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? N.A

**What did you do to get this issue?**Just Try To Start my New Fivem Server

You are not executing your config file, post what you are doing to run the server and a screenshot of the console.

I Fixed it now and the reason that posted is because It needed accepting for a Admin
