Your network is messed up.

Perhaps a routing/ISP issue.

Please try a VPN like https://hide.me and make sure you have no antivirus /firewall active

You must have corrupted your installation and/or your FiveM can’t connect to the FiveM services.

Last try:

  1. Delete FiveM completely (delete %localappdata%\FiveM
  2. Delete %appdata%\CitizenFX
  3. Delete %localappdata%\DigitalEntitlements
  4. Uninstall any antivirus and firewall software (Norton, Bitdefender, Avast, ESET, software like that)
  5. Download FiveM (https://fivem.net)
  6. Create a folder on your Desktop called FiveM
  7. Put the downloaded FiveM.exe into the folder you just created
  8. Make sure it’s called FiveM.exe and launch it
