Three options:
- Rent a noob friendly server from ZAP hosting and they’ll install everything for you (for the most part)
- Rent a VPS/Dedicated server and follow https://docs.fivem.net/docs/server-manual/setting-up-a-server/
- Start a server locally without spending any money on your own PC and follow https://docs.fivem.net/docs/server-manual/setting-up-a-server/
If you cannot follow the instructions in the link or get going on ZAP hosting, then I would recommend following some online courses about Windows or Linux. When you are starting off, you got to learn a lot and don’t expect everything to work at once.
