Looking for help
Hi there I am Tyler the owner of the community. It is a brand new community and currently has no members I am looking for a team of people to really get this thing moving I have bought a server and I am in the process of making the discord below I will list all the roles I can think of and what it may hold and what you would possibly have in the community. The community is so new is still needs a name and a logo.
You do not need to have previous experience but it may help in your interview.

Owners
Looking for someone to help me run the community and keep thing running smoothly. Someone mature and not childish and someone who has a patience for time wasters as we are going to have a trolls and haters so I need someone who is willing to be open minded and look at the situations from all the possible perspectives. Here are just a few responsibilities of the Owner:
- Making sure the Devs work is up to standards for the server
- Helping newbies in the discord find there way around
- Dealing with trolls
- Banning / Kicking people for exploits
Admins/Moderators
- Admins job is to try and resolve a issue or situation before it comes to owners
- Helping anybody and everyone who needs it
- Keeping an eye in discord for foul language, racism, bullying
- Making the Owners job a little easier
Department Heads\Business Owner
I am looking for mature sensible people to run LSPD | EMS | Mechanic | Lawyer | Real Estate | Car Dealership I need people I can trust to run these and not exploit or use them to you advantage and I especially don’t want people handing out promotions like they are skittles. This is a list of what I expect from a Department Head \ Business Owner
- Strong Leadership
- Good Organisation (Rosters \ Uniforms \ Cars Etc.)
- Strict with discipline
Developers/Discord Developers
I need someone to help me get the server to where we all want it possibly someone who can make there own scripts and custom business is we need them someone who can help me patch any problems and make this server unique. As for the Discord Developers I need someone who is good with roles and permissions and such to make a lot of Text/Voice Chats and different categories
- Someone who can make the Menus in game unique to our server
- Someone who is willing to not just help us but to show us too
- Someone who will work around the clock to make sure things run smoothly
- Someone who can just make the whole server unique to our community
Graphic Designer
I will need some to create custom banners in the discord and our Logo also car skins and such for in game
