I got a new of and installed the game again and lost everything on my character I had worked for. Any idea how to get it back? I logged in the exact same stuff and it’s gone.

This is rather normal your hardware id has change, so the server considers you as a new players,
The solution is to create a new player then head into MySQL and copy the citizenid or userid of the new account depending on framework,
then find your old account and update the citizenid or userid etc.

Erm, what host provider you use, and by giving your character something you can identify it, for example firstname: silly lastname: bob meaning you could search silly in the user table in sql etc
