What did you do to get this issue? I downloaded Fivem and I tryed to install and it said Update game cache

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? No

Also add what you already tried so far.
I downloaded GTA V on Monday and downloaded Fivem on the same day. It said to update the game cache, I uninstall Fivem I have delete cache.xml. I also tried downloading when the game was running.
