Need help with a .ydr file (removing a image)

I need to remove a image from a .ydr file but i cant do it i tried texture toolkit and i cant delete that image

You are a goat but can you describe me that how you removed it so i can use at future?

Model has embedded textures, so I just opened it up in 3DS Max and replaced the avatar texture with a simple gray one. There are a few tutorials on youtube that teach you this.
