Loading into a server the this comes up in the console, ResourceCacheDevice reporting failure downloading resource.rpf: HTTP/2 stream 87 was not closed cleanly before end of the underlying stream - CURL error code 92 (Stream error in the HTTP/2 framing layer) when downloading resources. And then the file starts downloading all over again.
What are you trying to do?
Fix the issue.

Reinstall all files (five M, GTA, Rockstar) spoke with server owners.

Trying to joining a server.
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
On every server, i can’t join any server at all because the error keeps popping up.
