Need help on how to stream / replace clothes

hello, I’m in need of some help on how to stream/replace clothing for my server, i been going at it for a couple days now and none of the tutorial videos have worked for me, a couple friends and i have customized some clothing that is already in the server but have no clue on how to go about replacing it or streaming it into the city, we have already payed for the Patreon and everything, we just need some guidance,
