[NEED Help] Installing vehicle mods on FiveM SP

So i want to install a vehicle pack which comes as rpf files (x64w, x64i, x64w) and update folder. Can anyone tell me how to do it.

I have already look at this, but it just confuses me: How would one go about using add-on vehicles or maps on FiveM SP?

that is your GTA files.

What you need is to open the vehicles from Gta5mods or here , and extract it out using OpenIV.

But what files do i put where?, is my main question since that is the thing i find confusing.
