[Need Help] Buttons before joining

Hey, I saw a really cool feature on the roleplay server “HighLife” and was wondering how something like that works. It is a “Connecting” indicator that pops up when you want to join the server. There you will have three choices: Rules, Discord and “PLAY NOW”. Here is a picture of it:
