My server is wanting a Tennessee Highway Patrol Pack that is ELS. If you guys have any suggestions with links please comment with them. Also I am looking for someone that is willing to help skin when needed for FREE.
I have found a really good texture pack but I need someone that can put it on the vehicles
I got open IV but and added it to the vehicle but not the whole texture is on it for some reason. So I got to fix that and send it to my server resources
did you ever find tennessee highway pack ? or away to get texture put on a model
