[NEED] Character makes a phone call like GTA5:Online

Hello, I would like to share with you a script idea that I came up with when I played GTA: Online for the first time in a while.
Remember when you entered the world of GTA Online and your character called you?
When you answer the phone, a character will tell you something that will lead to each story.
It would be very useful and unique if developers could create scripts for Fivem based on such a system.
Custom script contents
-Ringtone
-Name of the called party
-Icon image of the incoming caller
-Contents of conversation audio (mp3 etc…)
-Receiving frequency (can be set after character creation, etc.)
-Trigger for incoming event
I’m not planning to pay for it or make it myself, but if you’re interested and want to make it, please share.
