Need a script developer that can create British Map/ Realistic British MDT

Hi, i have been seeing British Communities with in game maps with British street names and i cannot find any anywhere, also have seen some very realistic British MDT’s, these are some images of the ones i have seen:

Just wondering if there any script developers that can make these sorts of things? thanks
