ran in to this issue recently and have not been on server in i had to restore my pc so now i’m dealing with this please help anyone hrlp i tried in tried now server running but soon i click on character it give me black screen and error fivem" (b3258)
Seems like the server is having trouble booting up all the resources, How long has it been like this?

If your password contains characters like @, :, /, ?, #, etc., you need to URL-encode it in the MySQL connection string.
Example: p@ss:word → p%40ss%3Aword
This problem is most likely related to the database not being running.
