Native UI - How can Drag and Drop

Hello,

I’ve see something and i don’t know how it’s do. Is it a custom function add by the developpers or is it in the Native UI original files ?

In this picture, you’ve got 2 menu, and you can with your mouse drag something and drop it in the other menu.

Someone know how it’s done ? Someone can help me to do a similar thing ?
