You can see right after I immediately join my server

I get hit with two errors:
essentialmode
and
esplugin_mysql
When I input:
setgroup 1 superadmin
(in IceCon RCON Tool)
The console recognizes the command in-game. But when I try to use /admin I just get script errors in chat
The last error, after

happens when trying to use /admin aswell
