My vps isn't authorized by FiveM?

Hi, my problem isn’t with the FiveM.exe, but with my own server.

I explain (Sorry for my english, i’m french ^^) :

I just rent a vps from microserum, a vps KVM 16 SSD France.

When i go on https://keymaster.fivem.net/… I receive my key. It’s all good.

But when i launch FiveM, i try to go on my server, but Five M close and send me that message :

My support tell me to send a mail to pr@fivem.net

I send it, and i proove i’m the administrator…

Could you help please ? i’m lost :frowning:

So all it is a waiting game and just be patent

Thank you for the answer @gam3vids i just want to know if it happens with all vps’s or just with US , as you know its the first time to host a server , son my question is if its normal to wait or i need to change the vps hoster and if its takes much time to get an answer from fivem staff ? Thanks again

Some mistakes do happen. It isn’t just you. Youll need to wait/keep trying. Sometimes they will fix it without a reply email.

Thanks for the replay @Briglair i just want to know if i should try to config the server with the keylicense that i have sent in report last time or any key ? Because i have made other keys to try if its come from the vps or the keys licence on the website this is why im asking if i try with the first key that i have made or any other key its doesnt matter ?

Changing the server key will not help as your servers IP address is blacklisted (probably a range of IP’s that belong to your provider). Best is to wait for a reply of FiveM with the e-mail. As long as you sent an email with a screenshot proving you are administrator on that IP address with ipconfig (Windows) or ifconfig (Linux) in a terminal.

A collective might also see this post and take direct action.
