Appears to be caused by a custom asset that was captured in that clip. I wouldn’t know specifically what to do about it, though, but I cant imagine you are the only person who had this issue - some research is the way to go.
this might be a quick fix for ya, wrote this tonight, worked for me with mov17_ scripts/mlos crashing rockstar editor when trying to edit clips
